Changing the World of Work
Azergo’s story began in 2007, when Nicolas PFENNIG, a recent college graduate, recognized the lack of ergonomics in workspaces in France and the various health and economic consequences that resulted from it.
Drawing on his knowledge of the disability sector—where his family works—he began to think about ways to improve workstation ergonomics and working conditions in general.
He then set off for the Nordic countries—pioneers in the fields of inclusion and ergonomics—in search of solutions and partners to develop this business. In 2008 and 2009, two close friends, Vincent RIGOUDY and Jérôme LAFOND, joined the venture, forming the very first Azergo team:three partners united to bring positive change to the world of work—a wonderful blend of innovation and family values.
From that point on, the company has been built and has grown around many talented new employees, all driven by the same values and goals… with the hope of always going further.
Since that day, the Azergo teams have been doing everything they can to provide efficient, ergonomic solutions aimed at improving workplace well-being and everyone’s performance.
