Educational Sound Level Indicator

AMI acoustic level displays alert users to noise level thresholds using pictograms that change color depending on the intensity of the noise.

Three noise level thresholds can be displayed: a green icon for low to moderate noise levels, a yellow icon for moderate to high noise levels, and a red icon for noise levels that are too high. A message appears in red if the noise level exceeds the second defined threshold.

These displays can be installed anywhere where it is necessary to raise awareness among the public, workers, or employees about noise levels and the nuisances they cause.
Several versions are available to meet various display and awareness-raising needs:

• The AMI24 (small size) or AMI44 (large size) displays a pictogram of a smiling, frowning, or sad face, along with the phrase “Watch out for noise.”
• The AMI26 (small format) or AMI46 (large format) displays a pictogram of a noise-canceling headset, along with the phrase “Wear your protective gear.”
