Viscoelastic Foam
Viscoelastic foamis available as an option on our XDB and XBA seats. Also known as “memory foam,” it was developed by NASA in the 1970s for astronauts’ seating. It is a thermoreactive foam with slow recovery that conforms to the user’s body weight and temperature. It therefore provides a better fit for each individual and reduces pressure points.
