X-PER 70 Ergonomic Mouse
The X-Per 70 mouse is the gold standard for vertical mice. With its 70° vertical angle, it allows users to work on a desktop or laptop computer in a more natural and relaxed position for the hand and wrist. It’s perfectly suited for medium-sized hands and will become your daily ally in reducing fatigue and pain caused by gripping the mouse too tightly.
Unlike “standard” mice, ergonomic mice help prevent musculoskeletal disorders. They position the wrist in an “anatomical” position, which relieves pressure on the median nerve and prevents hyperextension of the wrist and fingers, thereby improving comfort and productivity.
The X-Per 70 mouse, from ErgoExpert, is one of the essential components of a well-designed, ergonomic workspace. Check out our tips and the benefits of vertical mice in our dedicated article: “Ergonomic Mice vs. Central Pointers: Which Should You Choose?”

Usage
Vertical mice help restore an “ergonomic” wrist position while working on a computer and reduce discomfort and pain in the wrist and elbow. Their vertical design aligns the hand with the arm, thereby significantly reducing pressure on the radius and relieving compression on the wrist.
Benefits of the Vertical Mouse
15% of women and 11% of men aged 20 to 59 suffer from at least one of the major musculoskeletal disorders affecting the upper extremities. Carpal tunnel syndrome, in particular, affects nearly 600,000 people in France, 130,000 of whom require surgery. Using a vertical mouse improves the ergonomics of the computer workstation by relieving pain associated with MSDs and also by preventing their onset. When using a vertical mouse, the user no longer makes the tense, repetitive movements often associated with a standard mouse, and can thus perform tasks without pain or fatigue.
